We are moving forward with playing ball tomorrow. We have some changes we are making now and will post it shortly. The sun will come out in the morning and dry out the fields so potentially some 8am's could need an extra hour or two to dry and we will alert you of any delays as early as we can.Friday, March 13th....915am. We are waiting on updates from the facilities and will post another update on tomorrow's games this afternoon. We are only waiting on proceeding tomorrow because of the rain we got last night. Thank you for your patience.Thursday, March 12 - 138pm - Ok all Friday games (only) are canceled due to the rain we have gotten and the rain expected tonight....and the facilities wont be ready. But Saturday and Sunday look good so we are optimistic we are gonna play ball and be outside this weekend. Expect another update tomorrow. Our intentions are still to play baseball this weekend. Wednesday, March 11th - 10:15pm - The tournament is still on. Phoenix did receive a lot of rain yesterday and today but it has stopped now. Rain is in the forecast again tomorrow and into Friday morning. Tomorrow we will be getting reports on the fields to give you an update on Fridays games. Forfeits will be scored 7-0 2. Maximum run spread per game is +/- 7 regardless of score. Note: When 3 or more teams are tied and there is not a common opponent amongst all tied teams, run differential is the first tie breaker. Ties will be counted as a .5 win and .5 loss. 8. Pitching Rules: Innings allowed per tournament through first four games played:-8's = 6 innings-9's = 6 innings-10's = 6 innings-11's = 6 innings-12's = 6 innings-13's = 7 innings-14's = 7 innings*Each player on the roster gets (1) additional inning per game played starting in a team's fifth game played.*Scorecards must be signed by both team managers to eliminate inning validation problems. (Managers, please help with this process.)*No limit on number of appearances.*A mound appearance resulting in any single pitch (warm-up pitch or game pitch) being thrown or a play will be considered an inning pitched.*Eight warm-ups to start, five thereafter.*If pitching rules are violated and the infraction is detected, the situation will be reviewed and consequences will be determined by the tournament director.
