Coach, We want to welcome you to the July 4-5 MAYB tournament. We appreciate your team playing and look forward to a great event.

With the recent news from our Governor we wanted to make sure that all parents, coaches, and players wear a mask into the facility this weekend. Refs, Coaches, and players will not be required to play with a mask on but we do ask that all spectators wear a mask while in the facilities.
Bleachers will not be out this weekend so please remember to bring your own chairs. Your own chairs also allow you to social distance easier so please be aware of others and respect their wishes of social distancing. We want to be able to have the kids play in events so wearing a mask is something that we can do to keep our events going.

Please email this out to all parents on your team - if you can copy us in on your email to them it will be helpful so we make sure everyone knows before the tournament.

Here is a breakdown of what we are planning on for the weekend.
- Everyone coming into the facility will be asked to wear a mask.
- During warm-ups and during the game players, coaches, and refs are not required to wear a mask.
- After games players and coaches should put their masks back on.
- Fans should wear a mask at all times if possible.
- Bleachers will not be set out - please bring your own chairs and spread out to adhere to social distancing rules.
- Please arrive for your game no earlier than 20 minutes prior to playing and please leave immediately following your game.
- If you are sick or have family members in your house that are sick please stay at home.

Please help us in getting this info out to all of the parents involved with your team. We don't want anyone to be caught off guard with the mask requirement for this weekend.
