Tournament Note
INCLEMENT WEATHER PROCEDURES:We wanted to make you all aware of our procedures should we decide to cancel any games due to inclement weather this weekend. Should we decide to cancel games on Friday night, we will update the home page of our website at www.omahasportsacademy.com by 3:30pm. Please be sure you are refreshing the page. We will email coaches directly from Tourney Machine as well. Any participants who do not feel it is safe to travel when games and programming are being held should not feel obligated to travel. Our participants come from all over the metro and surrounding cities, and we trust your judgement. If we have to cancel any games on Friday night, it is unlikely we will be able to reschedule games with court space limitations on Saturday and Sunday. If the games are to be played and your team cannot make your game, please email us at tourneyconflicts@gmail.com right away so we can let Site Directors, Officials and the other teams coach know. Right now, it appears that all ice and snow for Omaha on Friday is expected to be through the area by 1pm, so as long as streets and parking lots are clear we will try to play, if it is safe. Our decision to hold or cancel games will be a combination of weather forecasts and road conditions to each venue.Other important information for the weekend:Admission:$6 Per Adult, Per Day$4 Per Student, Per DayChildren 5 and Under are FREENo Weekend Passes VENUES - Venue addresses can be found in the PLACES tab within your online schedule. That includes the guest parking lot at on the corner of Cass and 24th Street, as well as the top level of the 24th street parking garage. Please do not block fire hydrants, handicap stalls or any other emergency/accessible areas, and plan to arrive early. There is also limited street parking on Cass street. Metered lots will be enforced by the City of Omaha.
