TOURNAMENT LOCATION:
BF PHILLIPS PARK (3335 Timber Ridge Road)...please note 4th Army Road is closed due to construction. You will need to cut through Reedy HS parking lot or go to the light at Teel to get to the fields

TOURNAMENT RULES:
- Pool play games are 25min running clock games; 5min in between games - CENTRAL HORN to stop/start halves. NO TIMEOUTS, NO STOPPING THE CLOCK
- PLAYOFFS: The winner of each bracket will play in a SEMI-FINAL GAME...winners of semifinals will play in the CHAMPIONSHIP GAME.
ALL PLAYOFF GAMES will be 20min halves w/5min halftime; CLOCK WILL BE KEPT ON THE FIELD by the officials; 1 timeout per team (1 min stopped clock); stop the clock for injuries
- NO MERCY RULE, there will be a draw after EVERY goal
- We will be playing NTYLL rules for every game; USL draw rules will apply to every game
- One pass rule for 5/6; ball must be passed once past its DEFENSIVE RESTRAINING LINE; if the attack turns over the ball but it never exits the D's restraining line, the attack DOES NOT need another another pass
- THERE WILL BE NO STICK CHECKS BEFORE GAMES
- Scores will be kept for EVERY 5/6, 7/8 games; One offiicial MUST SIGN OFF ON THE GAME SHEET after the game; NO CHANGES will be made at HQ

NEW FOR 2018 - SPORTSMANSHIP AWARD
Officials will vote for a team that they believe showed great sportsmanship throughout the weekend. The program with the most votes will be awarded the SPORTSMANSHIP AWARD on Sunday.

Also NEW for 2018 - if an OFFICIAL has to CARD a coach or spectator for unsportsmanlike conduct....that team WILL BE ELIMINATED FROM PLAYOFF CONTENTION. NO EXCEPTIONS!
