Teams Attending: Make sure to bring 20 rosters for college coaches on Thursday. We will pick them up prior to your first game and pass them out to the college coaches. Text Final Scores:817.229.1104All game scores become final at 7 pm on Saturday night. No scores will be changed after that time - even if incorrect. Double-check your scores throughout the tournament.Important Information: NO METAL SPIKES ALLOWED *All players must wear turf shoes or molded cleats on all fields. This includes pitchers on dirt mounds - No metal spikes. Automatic ejection and $250 fine if wearing metal spikes. *Gate Fee: $20 tournament pass / $10 per day. Games: 1:55 min. time limit; no new inning after 1:55 min., or 7 innings - All games can end in a tie* Sunday Games: 1:45 min. time limit; No new inning after 1:45 or 7 innings on Sunday to allow for travel home. *Sunday games will play until winner determined - All extra innings begin with bases loaded with 1 out. Last three outs on 3rd, 2nd, 1st base respectively. *10 run rule after 4 innings; 8 run rule after 5 innings *Pool seeding determined by best record *If tied in pool, tiebreakers are: 1) Head to Head - two teams only2) Total Runs Allowed 3) Total Runs Scored 4) Run Differential5) Least Runs Allowed - Single Game6) Most Runs Scored - Single Game 7) Coin Flip *No Pre-game infield/outfield *Both teams are responsible for game balls; *Coach or player ejected from game must sit out next scheduled game *Please clean dugouts after game *Rain/Lightning delays: Teams have 2 hr. and 5 min. (including rain/lighting delays) to play as many as innings as possible *College coaches have planned to leave at certain times the day scheduled to work for prior obligations on campus - we are unable to reschedule rained out games due to these obligations *Venue hosts have been given permission to remove non compliant players, coaches, parents, fans, or teams from facility or complex. *All refunds handled by policy on RBTournaments.com *Teams: No shelled nuts, sunflower seeds, or gum allowed on turf Bring Water For Players - Coolers are allowed College Coach Information: This is an instructional team camp where multiple college coaches provide written feedback to teams at the conclusion of each game. A single college coach will meet with each team after the game to present this feedback. This is an instructional team camp where all college coaches are provided the contact information for all players in this event.
