FAN GUIDELINES



Health Assessment

Upon entry to Victory Field all players, coaches, fans and umpires must complete the following measures:

Temperature checks - Anyone with a temperature at or above 100 degrees will not be permitted to enter the stadium.

Health Screening - Each person entering Victory Field will be asked questions about their health and recent exposures before entering.

Release Waivers - Each person entering Victory Field will be asked to sign a waiver upon entry. Waivers may be signed digitally or manually.



Stadium Regulations

All players, coaches and fans will ENTER through the 3rd Base Gate

All players, coaches and fans will EXIT through the Administrative Lobby behind section 110.

No players or coaches may enter the stadium until 30 minutes before their game's posted start time.

No fans may enter Victory Field until stadium personnel have sufficiently cleared the ballpark from the previous game.

All players, coaches, and fans must exit the stadium within 15 minutes after their game has ended.

No exit and reentry permitted. Once you enter the stadium, you may not exit and reenter without adhering to the above safety checks each time.

No gathering in groups outside your immediate family during, before, or after games.

All guests are strongly encouraged to wear masks while on Victory Field property.

Victory Field has hand sanitizing stations located throughout the stadium.

All concession stands and water fountains will be unavailable.

Guests may bring their own food and beverages into Victory Field. No glass or alcohol is permitted. All coolers and containers will be subject to visual inspection upon entry.

Victory Field is a smoke-free facility



Seating Regulations

Teams will have designated holding areas beginning 30 mins prior to their posted game time

Home Teams go to Section 107

Visiting Teams go to Section 117

Seats will be disinfected during each game.

Each team will have designated sections for their fans during their game only. Sections not in use will be sanitized between games. Look for signs and attendants for direction.

Games 1, 3 and 5:

Home Team: Sections 108 and 110

Visiting Team: Sections 113 and 115

Games 2 and 4:

Home Team: Sections 109 and 111

Visiting Team: Sections 114 and 116

No lawn or upper deck access will be permitted.

TEAM GUIDELINES

General Release Waivers must be signed by each team's head coach, with all team personnel listed.

No dugout restrooms will be available. All players, coaches, and umpires must use the public restrooms located on the concourse.

No communal water, ice, or cups will be provided in the dugouts. Teams may provide their own individual beverages.

No sunflower seeds or other shelled nuts are permitted.

Masks or Gaiter scarves are encouraged to be worn by all team personnel while in the dugouts.

Stadium Lights are inactive. Baseball games must be completed by 8:00 PM.

The field tarp may be deployed to protect the field at the sole discretion of the Indians Field Operations Director

No baseball-related or team-related activities are permitted in the stadium parking lot





Fan FAQ Sheet

What safety checks will occur when I enter the stadium?

Your temperature will be taken. Anyone with a temperature of 100 or more is allowed up to two follow-up checks, with a 5-minute wait in between checks.

Your family will be asked a few questions about known health risks or recent exposures.

You will be given written and oral directions from Victory Field signage and personnel

What time should I arrive for my game at Victory Field?

Players and coaches may arrive no sooner than 30 minutes before their scheduled game time. Fans will be asked to remain in their vehicles until fans from the previous game exit.

Am I allowed to watch multiple games throughout the day?

No. Fans will be asked to clear the stadium following each game.

Do I need to wear a facemask?

Facemasks are strongly encouraged, though not mandatory.

Will concession stands be open?

No, all concession stands and drinking fountains will be closed.

Can I bring my own food and beverages into the stadium?

Yes. You can bring food and beverages into Victory Field, with the exception of alcohol and anything in a glass container.

What gate do I enter once we get to Victory Field?

Upon arriving at Victory Field, you will enter through the designated "Entry" lane in the 3rd Base Gate.

Will there be public restrooms available?

Yes, men's and women's restrooms, a family restroom and a mother's room with be available with social distancing guidelines enacted.

Can I leave and reenter during the game?

No. If you leave you will not be permitted to reenter the stadium without adhering to the entry guidelines.
