Here are some reminders I kindly ask for you to share with your parents and families as we continue to follow the State of Illinois sport safety guidelines:

Masks are mandated: Every player, coach, score keeper, video person, umpire, fans, and all our staff members will be wearing masks the entire time. Players are required to wear a mask while they are on the field participating in the event the entire time.

75 mins finish the inning - drop dead

 Spectators are not allowed to bring outside food or drink inside the dome. Please be safe and wear your mask the entire time. Players and coaches who are participating in the event are allowed to bring in their own food and drink since they are actively participating in the event.
 No congregating with other parents inside the dome on the fences, lobby, and risers.
 Each parent must wear a mask the entire time and follow the social distancing guidelines.
 Every team will have their own "pod" for the day. This is your space to put your stuff down and reconvene pre or post game. We will have marked out areas and signs that will keep teams and spectators separate. In following with the IDPH guidelines, we have configured space to ensure there is at least 30 feet social distance between spectators and participants.
 Each team has to bring their game balls to use. No game balls are provided.
 Teams can bat entire lineup if they desire and utilize free substitution on defense.
 1 Umpire per game - coin flip to determine home and away
 FREE WIFI is available for teams to set up their own go-pro behind home plate to livestream their games.
 Please get your temperature taken in the lobby every time you enter the dome.
 Players/coaches/umpires must wear a mask the entire time. This means in the cage AND ON THE FIELD WHILE PLAYING.
 Failure to uphold this rule will determine immediate forfeit of all 3 games and you will be asked to leave the premises immediately.
 Warm ups - You can enter the dome one hour prior to your game to begin your warm up. There will be no on field warm ups in between games.
 Please don't have your team congregate the entrance to the dugout before your game - let the other team have space as they leave the field.
 Food /Water - You may bring in your own water bottle and snacks. We are not selling any concessions.


NO GATE FEES

For the pre-determined game times and preliminary schedule, please see the attached document named "Preliminary Schedule". This schedule is subject to change. Turf shoes, molded cleats, or gym shoes are allowed. No METAL CLEATS. You may bring in your own snacks, water, sports drinks inside the dome . There will be no congregating around the picnic tables to eat.
No Seeds, Gum, or Tobacco permitted at The Dome or Ballpark.
